- We ship within the United States only.
- Every map is printed to order and ships within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping is included in the price, and you get a tracking number by email.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier accepts them. We don't ship internationally yet.
How long it takes
Your map is made for you after you order. Printing takes about a day, and we then check, frame and pack it. Orders normally leave us within 5–7 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
If we expect a delay, for example during busy holiday periods, we'll email you before your order is late.
Cost
Shipping within the United States is included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Tracking
We email you when your map goes onto the printer and again when it ships, with the carrier and a tracking link. We usually ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Packaging
Maps are packed in a rigid box with padding around the model so the buildings arrive intact.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at [email protected] straight away: we can correct it until the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may carry a shipping charge.
Damaged in transit
If your map arrives damaged, we'll reprint and resend it at no cost. See our returns and refunds policy for how to tell us.
